A wise man draws out others with questions.

The purposes of a man’s heart are deep waters, but a man of understanding draws them out.
Proverbs 20:5

Leaders should have a posture of questions instead of declarations.

For example: “This is what I saw! Can you help me understand what I saw and how that intersects with what we are called to be?”

Don’t assume they know what they are doing! Don’t make it a bigger deal than it is. Love believes all things.

I love SLS class!
