Intern Lunch, Part II

Compared to usual, spring this year in Southern California has been a bit cold and windy, but the sun shone on the day of our intern lunch. I was very thankful because having a girly lunch in a claustrophobic, florescently lit room wasn’t ideal.

Here was the menu:

Southwestern Chicken Roll-ups Served with a Side of Salsa

Spinach Salad with Berries and Toasted Pecans with a Strawberry Vinaigrette

Roast Beef Sandwiches with Roasted Bell Peppers, Humus, and Salad Greens on a Demi-bagette

Turkey Avocado Clubs

Salt and Pepper Crinkle Chips from Trader Joes

IBC Rootbeer and Black Cherry Sodas

Frozen Yogurt with an Assortment of Toppings (I ate mine with mango, mini chocolate chips, and coconut. “Delicious!” I tell you.
