Sweet Chili Fries – They take some prep work, but delicious “healthy” comfort food is worth it. They are especially good when it is cold outside.

Sweet Potato Fries from Trader Joes – 2.29
Dennison’s Chili – 1.00 on sale
SautĂ©ed red, orange, or yellow bell peppers and red onions – ?

Bake fries according to package. Saute vegetables with a little olive oil, garlic, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Heat chili. Layer fries, chili, then vegetables. Delicious! No cheese even needed :). A dollop of sour cream is good too.
